Mark Hope Life Coaching

Privacy and moderation.

The website stores the information needed to operate membership and coaching features: your display name, email address, securely hashed password, account status, sign-in timestamps, comments, private messages, and notes you choose to save.

Coaching and Community forms may also store your first name, email address, written submission, a video link, or a video file you intentionally upload. These submissions are shown only in Mark’s private review dashboard unless you separately agree to publication. Uploaded video files are kept outside the public website and are scheduled for deletion after 30 days. Mark can delete a submission or video sooner.

Your email address is not displayed publicly. Approved Journal comments display your chosen name. Community bios are published only after review. Member notes are not displayed in Mark’s coaching dashboard, but—as with any hosted service—website and database administrators may be technically able to access stored data. Do not use the site for emergencies or highly sensitive medical, financial, legal, or credential information.

Mark reviews membership applications and comments. He may decline, approve, reactivate, or suspend membership and may approve, reject, or remove comments. Security records may retain limited technical information, such as a one-way hash derived from an IP address, to reduce abuse. Password-reset tokens expire quickly and are stored only as hashes; changing a password invalidates other signed-in sessions.

To request deletion of your account, messages, notes, submission, or uploaded video, contact mark.markhope@gmail.com.
